Smart Construction, Inc. has completed two different projects for me over the last several years. The building of a new home and the finishing of the basement a couple years after that for our home. Smart Construction Inc. builds beautiful houses of good structural integrity. He is capable of building custom homes and including several additions to our house we requested that weren't in the original plans. We have not had any issues with the alterations. We have been in the house for several years now and haven't had any structural or cosmetic issues and the re-sale value has increased over that time period. If we weren't pleased with something cosmetically, Matt would correct the issue for us with no hassle involved. Matt and Sarah are easy to work with and the quotes for the work were close to the end result unless we requested additional work outside of the original scope during the job process. Recently, my wife and I decided to update and redesign our Kitchen. After working with a local cabinet maker and their design team we hired Smart Construction, Inc. to oversee the project. This included tearing out the old kitchen from the floor covering to the cabinets. Changing the location of the kitchen sink, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, the stove top, oven and microwave. Smart Construction managed and coordinated all the sub-contractors during this project and it was completed with minimum interruption and time involvement. Also, we were very impressed with the communication from the owner regarding the work to be done day to day, and we always had advance notice on when subcontractors were to be on site. I very good experience for us.

We hired Smart construction for some upgrades to our house and were not disappointed! Matt was extremely friendly and easy to work with, even with our changing wants and decisions. We decided to upgrade the flooring, place a pass through window between two rooms, and remove some wood paneling and replace with drywall. The company was very professional and helped my wife and I achieve the desired changes in our house at a price we could afford.
